D140 Eureka Middle School HVAC Upgrades Library and Learning Center

WORK consists of setting and ducting of eight RTU’s. Four VAV RTU’s and associated VAV boxes with hot water reheat for the Learning Center will be the base bid. One VAV RTU and associated VAV boxes with hot water reheat for the Library will be alternate #1. Three constant volume RTU’s serving the gym will be alternate bid #2. There is some demo associated with the existing AHU’s. Additionally, there will be new gas piping and electrical work. The RTU’s will be furnished by owner.
