Eureka CUSD #140, hereinafter called Owner, will receive Bids for "EQUIPMENT PURCHASE" in the HVAC Upgrades, Phase 2, Eureka Middle School, Eureka, Illinois, until 11:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, March 18th, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded in District Office Building. Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days from the due date.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting.

Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of the Board of Trustees, EUREKA CUSD #140, EUREKA ILLINOIS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. The Owner anticipates a letter of intent to award the contract on Friday March 20th, 2025.
