Public Projects

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to a roof recovery of an existing built up asphalt roof with a single ply membrane roof with associated accessories, flashing, and trims. Limited mechanical and electrical work for roof top equipment, exhaust fans, and penetrations is expected to facilitate roof recovery.

The scope of this project consists of the demolition, removal, and installation of all equipment to provide a comprehensive replacement of the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

The scope of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the removal of the existing (5) five story, load bearing clay masonry structure located at 400 NE Jefferson in its entirety including the basement and foundations. The work also includes site work associated with the removal of the building. The site work is compromised of, but not limited to, erosion control, sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement removal, utility removal/cap, earthwork/grading, and seeding.

The scope of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the renovation of the existing storage building and partially enclosing of the (2) existing material storage bins.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the renovation of the existing classroom and office space create individual offices, teachers’ lounge, conference room, and classroom. Work includes drywall partitions, acoustic ceilings, flooring, aluminum window/entrances, renovated toilet rooms, VRF expansion, and electrical systems.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to full-depth pavement removal and replacement of Rebel Drive from the entrance on 5th Street, along the south side of the building, and extending to the west edge of the basketball court. The work will also include some smaller features such as a new concrete entrance at the “recess doors”, decorative rock mulch in the inset alongside the entry, removal of abandoned bollards/concrete, installation of steel bollards around the light pole (near corner of the removed building), and paint pavement markings. The project also includes three alternate bids that expands the paving scope of work to other parts of the site.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the renovation of the existing office with selective demolition of masonry walls and existing lights and HVAC louvers, installation of gypsum partitions, acoustic drop ceilings, supporting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology systems. The work also includes the installation of a new exterior aluminum clad wood window in an exterior masonry cavity wall construction including installing a new lintel.

WORK consists generally of HVAC equipment replacement at Bureau County Courthouse including replacement of existing air handling units, condensing units, rooftop units including units, piping, insulation, temperature controls, and electrical work.
